The journey begins today! Discovering mindfulness has been a life-changer for me. It began years ago when I decided to use meditation and breathing techniques for labour and delivery of my children. Living with chronic pain after I developed fibromyalgia in my late 30s, I found the benefits of meditation and mindfulness effective for managing my experience with pain. As the pandemic hit, I found myself spending a lot of time alone. It was the perfect opportunity to explore my mindfulness practice further. I am called to share this tool and technique for finding peace, purpose, and compassion with the you.
